  • In-depth face-to-face interviews with prospect.

  • Career reference checks through a minimum of three past employers.

  • Industry reference checks against prospect’s key customer base contacts.

  • Personality Assessment of Prospect’s Management Style & Reliability.

  • Criminal and Financial Background Checks provided by Arrin Systems.

  • Written recommendation on Prospect’s Candidacy against target openings.

Leadership Assessments are conducted on a confidential basis with the understanding that all research is the sole property of the client.  Fees are calculated at 10% of the prospect’s current cash compensation in addition to travel expenses when necessary.  Call to discuss details.
